IMMERSE YOUR SENSES

“INTERACTIVE CAMPAIGN MEDIA REACHES A BROAD
AUDIENCE, FROM SCHOOL CHILDREN TO POLICY MAKERS.

In an era of fake news and stories made out of top ten lists, immersive story telling gives an insight into people’s lives. From a mobile phone you can watch and listen to videos, audio, scroll through photos and read articles – all the senses can experience a story. Interactive campaign media reaches a broad audience, from school children to policy makers.”

An interactive media project is probably a lot easier to implement than you imagine. ERA Films has produced four projects of varying complexity in the last three years.

SAMSUNG EXPOSED

SAMSUNG EXPOSED reveals the abuses of workers in the global electronics supply chain. The project was produced with material from a workers rights investigation filmed by ERA Films in the Philippines and Indonesia. After a design process with our partner we crafted a rich online experience with specially designed navigation graphics and layers of motion graphics. We also included some high quality stock footage and selected a bespoke soundtrack. The experience plays in four language versions.

QATAR EXPOSED

QATAR EXPOSED is based on powerful testimonies from migrant workers enduring extreme exploitation and violent abuses by employers and authorities in Doha, Qatar. The material was gathered as part of an undercover ERA Films and ITUC investigation into conditions of modern slavery.

The project was built with an ‘off the shelf’ software called Klynt, reducing the costs. We can provide an end-to-end service of design concept, field production of all source materials, build and launch. The technical process is so streamlined that you could have an immersive experience online and live within a week.
